Located in the heart of the San Diego County this is one of the original wineries responsible for the recent rebirth of quality wine production in Southern California. This well regarded winery has 6 acres of producing vineyards and all the equipment necessary to produce outstanding wines as a turnkey operation. There are 5 separate buildings including a private residence (2388 Sq. Ft.), a multi-purpose workshop/winery (3400 Sq. Ft.) which includes upstairs a 2 bedroom, 1 bath guest quarters with kitchen and patio. There is a small lab and olive processing building (120 Sq. Ft.), a public tasting room for sampling and sales, (840 Sq. Ft. plus an 800 Sq. Ft. patio) and a private wine cave for storage and aging of wine products (1400 Sq. Ft.).There is a 10kWe solar installation mounted on a stand alone elevated structure. The winery building is provided with electrical power from three different sources. There is a 200 Amp service, 480 volt 3-phase power available for operation of the chiller, well and other 3-phase equipment, and a permanent generator with fuel tank that can support all requirements. There is city water and well water to the property.
