The property is located approximately 10 miles south of the city of Gorman, approximately 8 miles due west of the northern tip of Pyramid Lake. Gorman is located approximately 40 minutes north of downtown Los Angeles, right off the I-5 freeway, near the LA/Kern/Ventura County line. From there it's about a 15 min drive to the main gate. The mine is approximately 600 feet up the side of a steep mountain face (a 30 minute hike up from the river-bottom area) at approximately 4,000 ft elevation.
